Task 4. Chrissy Gabor, 2/06/2011 Once when I was shopping in a clothing store and the whole entire time I was in the shop, which was for the duration of 20 minutes there was no sales assistant on the floor, at the change rooms or behind the cash register to help out and assist me. It would have been quite easy for any patron to walk in and steal something and walk out without being noticed. It is important that someone is always evident in the store, to attract and help out cumstomers.
Task 5. Chrissy Gabor, 2/06/2011. I was in need of an outfit for a birthday party which was being held the same night I went to the shops. I walked into a retail store and the lady working there immeadiately approached me in a friendly manner and asked me if I would like any help in regards to what I was looing for. When I told her I needed a new outfit for a party she helped me pick some possible items that I could try on and see if I liked. I ended up buying over $100 worth of sales, without the good customer service of this lady I would have not made these sales.
